FAQs
How do I know which package is right for me?
If you’re looking for a clear vision and layout without custom elements, the Basic Conceptual Design is ideal.
If you want bespoke millwork and premium-level visualization, the Expanded or Expanded & Technical packages will give you a more detailed, tailored outcome.
Do you offer in-person meetings?
Yes, for NYC-based projects we can arrange in-person consultations, site visits, and on-site styling.
For clients outside NYC, all packages can be delivered remotely with the same level of detail and care.
What if I need more than one revision?
Each package includes a set number of revisions. Additional rounds can be added for a fee of $200 per round.
What is the process?
Once you book a 60-minute Zoom call through our Calendly calendar, you'll receive a signed contract from Noiro Studio outlining the scope of services. After you review and sign, we’ll send a secure link for a 50% deposit. Once confirmed, your meeting will be scheduled. Please prepare and share any relevant references and photos of the existing space before the session.
Can you help me source furniture and decor?
Yes. Each package includes curated furniture & lighting suggestions, and we also offer a Furniture Sourcing List add-on with direct purchase links.
Do you manage the construction or installation?
Our packages focus on the creative and technical design foundation. If you need ongoing management,
we can provide on-site styling and installation support for an additional fee.
How soon can you start?
We typically book projects 2–4 weeks in advance. Once we confirm your package and receive the deposit, we’ll schedule your project start date.
Can you work with my contractor or builder?
Absolutely. We can provide technical millwork drawings and communicate design intent to your contractor as part of the Expanded + Technical package.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours in advance without penalty. After that time, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
